Re-starting SW for the millionth time. Really gotta get with it this time!!
My goals are -
My goals are -
- Reach target within a month and a half.
- Buy a sexy halloween costume for halloween party. (30th Oct)
- Not gain weight during my 6 day trip to Prague.(20th of Oct) (this should prove difficult as last time I was there EVERYTHING was tempting. The desserts mmm and the maincourses and breakfasts are all very carb based!)
- Be confident in my swimsuit in Dubai. (1st of Nov)(It'll be easier to maintain in Dubai as it'll be too hot to eat bready things. Lots of fruit. NOMNOM!)
- Cut down smoking. (So far so good thanks to mammy's new 'no smoking in the house' rule!)
- Learn to cook spag bol and a stir fry. (Just learned to cook diet coke chicken
)
- Do not drink even so much as a drop of non-diet drinks.
- Go at least 2 weeks without saying 'ahh sure I'll go back on the diet tomorrow' before eating the entire contents of a sweet shop. (starting out small here!!
)
- Be more active on Minimins! I used to feel so bad everytime I stopped the diet so I'd not come back on for ages. This time it's different. I'm going to own up everytime I over-indulge and just get on with it!! I need to support the friends I've made on here
