Hi, I have just joined the Forum today and trying to figure out how to use it! Looking to lose a stone to get back to my pre-baby weight (although my baby is now 3 years old!). I start with great intentions but have very little will power and always manage to justify giving up with lame excuses until the end of the way when I end up disappointed I couldn't stick it out. My diets last a matter of hours and not days! I'm hoping with some support from here I can find the will power to stick it out this time :)

Any advice or tips would be much appreciated x
