This is ok, right ???

So today was a RED day, my 3rd in a row of 100% and all going well until 6pm.

I was STARVING with a capital S and the thought of grilling the steak I had and having that with a large salad just filled me with dread, I knew it wouldnt fill me.

So........I defrosted some quorn spag bol and made some pasta.........I made double the amount you should have as a HEB on a RED day and used that as both my HEB's for today........

This was ok, right ??? I'm doubting myself but I'm no longer feeling any hunger and I didnt even eat it all.............

Yeh angel, I only ever buy wholemeal pasta/rice now a days, so I think its ok.

Harrie, I don't know why I was starving, just one of those days......instead of panicking and gorging on "off plan" foods I think I chose sensibly. Perhaps a sign that my comfort cravings are coming under control ??? Who knows, but I hope so.

I think I still managed to have a red day but with the spag as my 2 x HEB's so its all worked out.
