This is so hard

    This diet is so hard, been on it since november last year, i really should be at goal by now, but am not, still got a way to go..

    i still think about food all the time, all i want to do is eat...

    cant help that :(

    trying to just do soul source now for the next 3 weeks before i go to primark for my holiday clothes.... then i am worried that as soon as i am over there my clothes may be tight cus i am eating again... ?

    worried worried urghhhh :confused:

    Come on. Take a day off and really spend some time thinking about what it is you want and then start with a vengeance. You have to get your head around it first and the rest will follow. As you say, you could have been at your goal weight now and the only thing that wasn't in place was your head..Good luck.xx
