This might be a stupid question but...

Its something like your body takes as much calories to burn food off as what is in the food so they have no fat to add to you.

Im not totally sure if thats right but I think its along those lines.
 
Heres the thing right. Superfree foods are low calorie, but high density. So they fill you up, but without putting a tonne of calories into your system. You have to eat, so it makes sense to be filled with low calorie foods, you'll eat less of the higher calorie stuff like the carbs and proteins and wont feel the need to snack on rubbish so much.
