Hello all,

I have been a memeber on here since 2006 but never really got into the forum.....HOWEVER....

Tomorrow I am starting Cambridge for the umpteenth time, but convinced that this time will be the last and succesful one.

I have done both CD and LL and had success at both. but rather than following the programmes through, have decided that I know best and piled it all back on!!!

So here I sit at 17 st 5 and determined to do it....

Would be great to get to know you all

This is my last time at SS too... I'm now on day 16! it seemed to me that giving myself the ultimatum that either I got on it and stayed on it or I stayed away from it forever has worked.... that and getting impatient with really really slow weight losses that I've been having recently!
