Hey all....
Sick to death of starting/stopping fad diets. I get bored, hungry,,u name it i've used it. But this time i'm posting my diary here to give me motivation!! Im a typical Bridget Jones (have several pairs of the said pants!)...have a stone to lose to turn into Kate Moss (well we can dream!!). Have tried it all, Atkins, Slimming World, GI...blah blah but now sticking to the good old WW diet....oh, and really gonna try to move my J Lo booty more!
So....here goes...please correct me if i've totalled wrong points coz i've used that excuse too :rolleyes::479:.

80g coleslaw.....................................2

Cherries..........................................0.5
10 olives in brine...............................0.5
Total..............17.5 :D
