It often happens that when you increase your exercise it will be the following week before you will see the benefits on the scales but you probably might notice on the tape measure if you have a record of your body measurements.
 
Body measurements I find very useful as often the weeks you stay the same or don't lose much is the very weeks the inches come off.

I measure practically everything from neck to ankles and everything else in between and not forgetting upper arms...:p

You are not too late to do it now...and before photos are another good record to have.
