Those diet aid tablets like adios?

Are they a load of old rubbish or do they help when you are dieting?

Never tried them but always wondered if they are any good!

They never helped me, i have tried everything nearly and i didn't find adios helped one bit x

I've tried most of them and none worked. I lost loads of £'s but no lbs

I think my friend has tried and tested nearly them all and as Taz said she just lost £s and not lbs!! x
