I have been going to meeting but only staying to get weighed since beginning of jan. I have monthly pass so all the stuff that gets spoken about in meetings gets emailed to you anyway. At meeting i get the "your week" mag, get weighed, buy my sweeties and toddle off home. I just think it helps getting weighed by the leader, getting your silver 7 stickers, your ten percent keyring etc. But I cant bear the thought of staying for the actual meeting part!! Plus I go straight from working all day so just wanna get home and cook tea! But I do find the expectation of being weighed keeps me on the straight and narrow, lost 2 stone in 10 weeks so it does work!xx
