Those of you who can lose 3+ lbs a week.....

The weeks I have the biggest losses is when I cut out all alcohol and have very few chocolate or sweet treats. If I tend to use my syns with my main meals, sauces etc then I tend to lose more.

Also think it depends massively on your body, I know my weight has always fluctuated from week to week even if I am not following a diet plan. I lose weight quickly but if I have a bad week I put it all straight back on!

It looks like another stay the same or 1lb loss this week :( I've handed my diet sheets in to my consultant last week so she'll give me some ideas for how to boost it. I've not gone over my 15 syns any day for the last 6 weeks and only had over 10 for 3 of those days.

I lost 2 1/2 lbs last week so felt better, if I know what pattern my body is following then I'll be OK :) as long as I get to target by August it'll be fine :(
