those packets of sliced chicken

does anyone know how many syns are in the cheap (sainsburys basics,tesco value and asda smartprice)packets of cooked sliced chicken breast ?.
Ive looked online but it comes up with the flavoured ones - bbq, tandori, tikka etc I just want to know how much the plain one is please
