Thought i should say hello

Hi Guys

I have been around for a few weeks but not introduced myself.
I have done sw before and its time i did it again. I started again last monday and hoping to lose 1 stone by christmas. I have been doing slimfast but needed a change. forgot how many nice recipes there were to be made.

Anyway hope to be around as much as possible but with my work moving premises it might not be easy.
Anyway everyone keep up the good work, we should all be thinner by christmas.

Hi nikci28, thanks for the introduction, nice to meet you, with about 13 weeks to xmas even loosing 1 lb a week will get you to you're target so it's a good time to start. Good luck. xxx

Thanks guys, am thinking of start a food diary , i write it all down in a book but think if i put it on here too then someone can let me know if im going wrong.

I am aiming for 1lb a week to get my to my 1 stone by xmas, then after xmas ill try for another stone. Slow and steady, thats my way.

hey im quite new as well haha had 2nd weigh in on thurs but im fine at eating just the alcohol oopsss
