:) Hi guys just joined SW online ..(.very expensive so I am going to make the most of it:))
Quite excited about the plan..I followed it a few years ago and did well on it.
I have about 2 stone to lose this time.
I will be visiting here everyday for inspiration.

I think a lot of us on here have done the SW plan somewhere before, but because its such a diverse and easy to follow plan, we just keep coming back!

I had never done SW before this time and doing well.... another 5 lb and I will have lost 3 stone!

Well done!!!
Green are more filling, so you may find that you are eating less tomorrow, just think though....free potatoes, pasta and rice!
