Thought I would share......can you see the difference?

The top photos were taken a while ago and the bottom ones taken this month. I have been at slimming world 16 weeks and lost 2st 2lb plus a stone before joining

You can definitely tell Particularly between the two on the right hand side you can see a big difference. Taking pictures is a great way of comparing ourselves to our start weight as sometimes when we look in the mirror the mind can play tricks but photos are a whole different ball game. Well done.
