THOUGHT PROVOKING

Hi everyone, I have always been a very negative person, believe me it hasnt done me any favours! This is the first time that I have felt positive about a diet, I think reading everyones experiences has inspired me to achieve substantial weight loss where I have previously failed... the power of positive thinking me thinks ;)
 
I have to agree, I have to silence my natural cynical self and just be positive. It makes a great difference
 
i have really been struggling this week - am on day 6 with my first weigh in tomorrow and will now use this as my mantra! its certainly made me feel like I can do this - the miracle of fast weight loss has just come back within reach again!
