Thoughts of the day

Last night I finished work at 10, sat on the sofa and looked at my exercise bike - then decided that not having been anywhere near it since January, it was time I did.
I did a paltry 3 kilometres, not the 15 I used to do last year but I shall work my way back up to doing 15 and I felt good afterwards.

This morning I woke up and decided to go swimming, so off I went in the car, got to the pool and did 30 minutes breast stroke then relaxed in the hot pool.

I am so glad I got off my backside and started exercising again.
So - this is to anyone else who has an exercise bike or any other exercise equipment sitting round unused - GO ON, get up and do it.
It feels GOOD :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
