Hello

Sorry newbie here, is there thread stating what yogurts we are allowed? Maybe stating max sugar, fat content. Ive made another whoopsie today eating Onken Fat Free vanilla yogurt :-(
x

I only eat total 0% or natural fat free yogurt to be on the safe side ....luckily those are the ones I love so all is good x

I love Aldi's but I have also been known to eat the Onken fat free. I also regularly have the Alpro soya one as I try to limit my dairy intake because it affects my psoriasis. The way I look at it is TRY IT and if it affects your weight loss you can drop it, the gains will be very minimal as at the end of the day is just yoghurt. While I want to keep to this plan as much as I can I do not get obsessed about a 0.1gr of fat of carbs.

It's the added sugar that's a problem with so many of the fat free yoghurts.
Here's the nutritional breakdown of the Onken ones:
Calories in Onken Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt - Calories and Nutrition Facts
for 150g: Protein 7g, carbs 19g, sugars 18g

Muller Lites (tolerated) are:
for 150g: Protein 8g, carbs 13g, sugars 14g

and here the nutritional breakdown of the ones we use in France:
Ultra frais Plaisirs allégés et Santé active - sveltesse ferme et fondant vanille 125g - Sveltesse
for 125g: Protein 5.5g, carbs 5.5g, sugars 5.2g

Total 0% beats them all hands down... :)

I always say, while you're losing having them, why not? But once you start to stall, you'll know where to look and make changes...
