Three day trial. Snack advice please

Hello,

Im on day one of the trial and feeling a bit clueless. What can I snack on? Can it be anything under 150 cals?

also, can I have two or three small potatoes with my chicken and veg tonight?

Snacks I use:

Banana
Apple
Pineapple chunks
Herbalife protein bar
Danio yoghurts (my fave!)
Carrot sticks with a low fat dip
Cheese strings
A few chunks of Bernard Matthews turkey

Of course you can have a few potatoes! Your meal just needs to be well balanced and low calories. You can have a small amount of carbs! I personally just wouldn't touch white carbs like pasta dn rice, I'd have whole meal. X
