Hi everyone. Ive had a bit of a bad week as been on jols and cant seem to keep my mouth closed.....
Had anyone done three shakes a day for a week to drop a good amount of weight? Im still gonna eat fruit and salad and drink lots but can any one advise as I really want to lose but annoyed at self for gaining, will weigh prop on mon and submit for april weigh in and start 3 a day from mon.
