Hey Puddin,

From what I understand, SF is not meant to be used on it's own without other food. I don't think it is as nutritionally balanced as it would need to be to be a total meal replacement. If you are going to still eat fruit and have salad... I guess that's better than living entirely off slimfast... But from what I've read in other sections of this forum, SF is not to be used alone. (There were people who wanted to do SF like CD, b/c SF is so much cheaper.)

Sorry if that's not really an answer!

I agree with LR that it isn't nutritionally balanced to be used on it's own three times a day. Plus you'd have to make sure you were getting enough calories, if you eat under 800 a day you're body is likely to go into starvation mode and stop burning so much.

I have heard of people doing 3 SF a day, but to be honest they didn't lose weight any quicker than the normal plan, plus it's harder to stick to. I'd stick with the normal plan if I was you, it does work and I'm sure if you stick with it the scales will soon start to go down.

yeah i've heard the same, i think someone even contacted slimfast about it.

how about sticking 100% to the diet - maybe u cud drop a snack - and up ur exercise?
i've been off slimfast for a week but a few weeks back i did 100% days and lots of exercise and the lost a fair bit more than i had done previously.
good luck!

It's not recommended but i do know someone who tried it for 2 weeks and only lost the same as i was doing and i was eating a meal as well then.
