Thursday WI's

Congrats...I'm trialling the water thing this week because I know in my first 2 weeks i drank literally litres and litres of the stuff but I slowed it down in week 3 and lost 4lb. I weigh in on Thursday mostly too so I shall keep you posted x


I drunk loads my first two weeks and lost loads, i've really trailed off. I've been off work for a few weeks and i'm never in the same place for more than a few minutes and I just can't get the water down me. I always have glass when I wake up, and a glass with every shake, and when ever i go out a take a bottle with me and drink it....but it just doesn't seem to be enough........
