Sounds good. How are you making your cheese sauce for the lasagne? Suppose lasagne could be red or green, either your meat or your pasta as your HEB?

I make lasagna the american way (am from the US) so we dont use a cheese sauce as such. We use ricotta cheese between the layers and half fat mozerella on top, and I didn't use meat this time, but typically use quorn mince to make it a bit lighter. It was loverly
