    Morning lovely ladies! Feel pretty good today, must be the lovely weather :cool:

    B: toast HE B, lf peanut butter 5 syns, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A
    MM: Run

    L: Fruit salad, mullerlight, houmous, veggies
    MA: banana

    D: Burger HE B, sweet potato wedges, salad, watermelon

    S: tiny chomp (syns)
    E: run
    W: 3 litres

    Here's mine:

    B: Mushroom Omlette with 20g reduced fat cheese (HexA) and 2 quorn sausages

    L: Think we're going to the pub so diet coke and a jacket with beans

    S: HiFi Bar (HexB) and fruit

    D: Quorn Lasagne, home made with salad and home made rice pud (HexA for the milk and a couple of syns for the sugar).

    Rice pud is FAB on SW! I can't believe how low syn it is :D
