Morning all!! Been really really naughty the last couple of days with hubby away, let's just say that no more ice cream is allowed in the house! EEK! Anyway today is another day!!

Red day today

B: Bacon sarnie HE B, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A
L: Grilled salmon salad, HE B for the dressing, banana
D: Stuffed chicken breast (HE A) wrapped in parma ham, bns chips, steamed tenderstem broccoli

S: mullerlight, plum, carrots
E: Run
W: 3 litres

My fav icecream seems to be on offer everywhere at the moment too, so difficult to resist.

B: Fruit and fibre (1B)
L: Cold pasta salad (cherry tomatoes, quorn, sweetcorn, peas and pasta) and yogurt
D: Salmon (1B), potato wedges and mushy peas

S: French fries (4.5 syns), grapes and apple

I really really need to stick to plan today as I'm in danger of going off the rails....

Steph do you make your BNS chips as if you were making slimming world chips?
Hi Hon,

No need to parboil bns, I just chop them into chip shapes (I don't peel it unless the skin isn't looking too nice) and then wack em in a hot oven for about 20 mins turning once.

Hehehe, I just had to log back on here so I could see what I said I was going to have for tea, hehe.
