Hi all. I have been doing SW from home for a few weeks now and have been quite ill as weel so my progress is up and down at the moment. I went to the doctors today as I collasped last week while at the bus stop. Luckily I was with my college who is a carer and was in safe hands. It turns out that I was suffering from low blood pressure, was badly dehydrated and wasn't eating enough ( although I thought I was eating loads ). I have tried to stay on plan but have found this difficult as the food has gone off now and I haven't been able to restock yet. But I still try my best to be as close to plan as possible. I have decide to do a diary to keep check on myself and make sure that I am having my healthy extras and drinking plenty of fluids.
My Start weight was 17st 12lbs, then I lost 12lbs over three weeks, joined minimins and fell ill, gained 6lbs, with support and encouragment lose 4lbs in two weeks and am currently 17st 2lbs. I am a Saturday weigher, so will see what happens in 3 days time.
Love red days and do not understand EE days what so ever, as when I went to SW many years ago this plan had just been introduced. Have green days too just like today.
So far today I have had;
B. Eggs, bacon and beans (hex B )
L. Seasoned chicken strips from Aldi, chips and beans with Fanta Zero and a coffeee with skimmed milk and sweetener ( hex B and hex A syns 17.5 ) Plus a glass of water.
I am not sure what to have for dinner as I will need to check the cupboards and fridge.
