Time to change my green day journey to healthy

Soo its day two..

and ive decided im going to have to have a food diary as im not going to group

Im still feeling weepy about how much weight ive put on and how high my bmi is..starting on start week wasn't a great choice but i couldn't bare to wait another week at this weight...

oh well

today's diary so far is as follows

Oats so simple porridge (HxA and B) with some cinnamon mixed in yummy and a banana

An onion mushroom omelet and a sprinkling of cheese..(half Hxb) a disco biscuit... 6 syns

snacks so far... a hard boiled egg, 2 satsuma, fat free yoghurt.

having a cheesy pasta bakefor tea made with quark and the other half of my cheese healthy extra..and lots of veggies mixed in
