Time to get fit

    Evening All

    Well me and hubby signed up for the leisure centre which has access to swimming pool, gym and classes.

    Monday we went swimming, Tues to the gym but what I am most looking forward to is 2moro afternoon I have got aqua aerobics and then sat I am going to legs, bums and tums. I have never been an exercise kinda person and worry how I am going to keep up with everyone else but hey I need to get fit somehow hey?

    Has anyone else done either of these and enjoyed it/managed ok?

    Don't worry too much if you can't keep up - just do what you can and you'll feel great by the end.

    Have fun - i'm going to join the gym when I get paid this friday, i can't wait to get moving again.

    i done my first legs bums and tums on moday, and LOVED it!!!!
    i will say that i can still feel it in my thighs and upper abs though lol.
    i also started body combat a couple of weeks ago, and thats brill too....
    my gym instructor recommended both classes to do in addition to gym workouts, and its all going well so far!
    let us know how you get on with it hun, but am sure you will enjoy it.
