Time to get serious...

I've been plodding along since I joined SW in May. I haven't been 100% at all (except for one week, after I went on holiday, I lost 6lb!) I've currently lost 1st 2.5lb, but that was 1st 4.5lb until my 2lb gain this evening!

I'm not too worried about tonight's gain as it's 'that time of the month' - first one since my 3rd baby was born in April and as he is breastfed I was really hoping I wouldn't have to worry about this for a while!

I need to start taking this seriously though as I desperately want to get at least a lot closer to target by April. I am being bridesmaid for one of my 2 best friends on 22nd April, then bridesmaid for the other on 26th May! :love047:

In between I am doing the London Moonwalk on 12th May.

I think by keeping a diary on here I will be more likely to stick to plan :)

I've just sat down to plan my food for the next week. I usually do EE but might try a Red day and a Green day this week for something a bit different. I also plan on dusting off my 30 Day Shred DVD tomorrow and doing that each day.

Last night I fell asleep on the sofa before I had done any planning ooops. Will be doing that now then!

Food diary for today:

Breakfast: only an apple so far, not feeling great.

Lunch: bacon, tomatoes, scrambled eggs and HexB roll, followed by an apple and some Onken FF yogurt.

Dinner: Smash pizza (2x HexA), broccoli. A bit of real homemade pizza crust that DD left!

Snacks: Curly Wurly.
