Looks lovely. Im having prawns and chicken tonight after my weigh in. Very excited. Up until now I have been very boring and mostly having eggs for my step 2 meal but since the purchase of the steamer im all about the variety haha

Oh yes, I love to steam! broccoli is my favourite, love the vivid green colour it goes when you cool it just right!

Snap steamed broccoli is my favourite too. Curently steaming is chicken, prawns... both marinated in spices and some mushrooms and will plonk some picked cabbage on there too.

Its funny, after my recent need for regular packs, i didnt have lunch until almost 2 oclock, which is mad considering i had my first pack just after 8! Had Tofu, cut up into little bits with pak choi, spring onion, green chilli and musrooms with a touch of five spice and soy sauce (yeah i know the soy sauce isn't allowed, it was a splash!) it was LOVELY!! I can't wait to have it again!! Ill post a pic in a sec!

Some days are fine with water, others not so much, but like you i always keep a 1l nearby (until it drowns my phone that is, i left that in the john lewis toilets out of protest!!), Yesterday i easily did over 3l, today ive barely had 1/2L! I've never tried the flavourings, but even when I'm not on this I mainly just drink water anyway, unless its a cocktail of course!

Yea I get what you mean about the water struggle. It takes a conscious effort for sure.

And of course unless its a cocktail ahaha!
 
Not sure if you will love or hate me for this but I've had emails from both asda and new look today with sales on lol

Haha only just saw this. I had the new look one too and was straight on there - 3 of the things on my saved list were in the sale!! placed a massive order, but in all fairnessI ordered two sizes of everything. Can't wait until that comes!!

It's food though!!

Weigh in at my CWPC was awful tonight - 1/2 kilo loss - that's what? 1lb? I was feeling a bit bloaty but it annoys me since it always looks like I am not doing so good on his scales! Good job I have my own weighing to keep me on track, since all it takes is a different outfit, a drink, a wee or whatever to throw my weight out on his! Hey ho! With the diff between us ill hit target about 2 weeks after I actually have on his lol. Never mind, it's all going in the right direction.

Gonna go make that tofu again for tomorrow's lunch...

The scales thing sucks but your right ur scales are consistent and same routine every week. Lots of things change a weigh in. Actually think 2 cups of coffee hindered mine because i usually starve until my 11am WI not water no nothing! I'm gonna weigh in the morning then avoid my scales til weds so I've an idea what I'm doing weekly.

Oh yes the tofu looked nice. Must put that on my list too and you can send me the recipe. :) xx

I've had it plain, but preferred it with the spring onion and chives mixed in. Mum also suggested mixing in paprika but I don't wanna have to bin it if I don't like it.

The tofu is literally half a pack of tofu (it's less than the allowance but makes it easier) a couple of mushrooms a couple of spring onions, some pak choi, half a chilli and about half tsp (maybe more) of Chinese 5 spice, all shoved in a wok until a bit wilted. I usually grab a scale and keep adding veg until I hit 80g. I just made some for tomorrow's lunch and added asparagus, if I had some I would include broccoli.

Isn't it ridiculous right!!? I Deffo think you should start weighing yourself and keep a record of that, far less disappointing!

Funny since I'm the opposite, my cwpcs sales don't count for me since I stick to my own as they are the only constant throughout since I switched cwpcs early on.

Hopefully a leather biker jacket! Though I need to be careful if its nice that it will still be ok size wise in a few weeks! Then just some t-shirts and dresses, hoping to send back the bigger sizes :p

I'm ok, had my shake for breakkie and brought lunch with me today - that tofu stir-fry again, but it wasn't very nice re-heated :-( I however was stuffed! and very glad that a colleague wanted to go for a walk after, feeling a bit better for that!

still struggling with water a bit today, though going to go and re-fill my bottle now, the walk helped that as well, I guess i'm struggling to drink since i t's so bloody cold in here!!

No I haven't looked in it, but I love making my own recipes or adapting ones to make them healthy so i probably won't bother unless of course I start running out of ideas!

Some people have some great recipe ideas on here so been nice trying those but man dont you get a lot of chicken and prawns

I didn't realise adding the extra variety could cause that! I actually am convinced that anytime I have a not-so-great loss that its a water thing one way or another though anyhow.

Yeah, i haven't had chicken or turkey for a while as I over did it a bit - not to mention the expense!
