Ok so my name is Harriet and I have been doing slimming world on and off for a while now. I have lost 9 pounds but should have been at my target by now just can't seem to focus so hoping if I write it down it will keep me on the straight and narrow!
I am 22 and have twin boys who will be two in June
I lost my baby weight almost straight away but then piled it back on :sigh: so that is no excuse.....
I am going to weigh on Tuesday mornings and this morning I was 10st6lb.
Tuesday 16th April
Breakfast
Banana and grapes
Cup of tea with skimmed milk (partHEXA)
1 scrambled egg with soy sauce, baby corn, peas and mushroom not very breakfasty but so yummy!
i did try to make the syn free pancakes but they were so sweet and just tasted like egg so went in the bin
Lunch
1/2 pack of low fat sweet chilli supernoodles
grapes
bite of scone (3 syns?)
Dinner
jacket potato with beans and cheese (partHEXA)
strawberries
Cereal bar (HEXB)
daily syns: 3/15
weekly syns: 3/105
