Time to knuckle down and shift the weight.....

Ok so my name is Harriet and I have been doing slimming world on and off for a while now. I have lost 9 pounds but should have been at my target by now just can't seem to focus so hoping if I write it down it will keep me on the straight and narrow!

I am 22 and have twin boys who will be two in June :) I lost my baby weight almost straight away but then piled it back on :sigh: so that is no excuse.....


I am going to weigh on Tuesday mornings and this morning I was 10st6lb.


Tuesday 16th April
Breakfast
Banana and grapes
Cup of tea with skimmed milk (partHEXA)
1 scrambled egg with soy sauce, baby corn, peas and mushroom not very breakfasty but so yummy!

i did try to make the syn free pancakes but they were so sweet and just tasted like egg so went in the bin :(

Lunch
1/2 pack of low fat sweet chilli supernoodles
grapes
bite of scone (3 syns?)

Dinner
jacket potato with beans and cheese (partHEXA)
strawberries
Cereal bar (HEXB)

daily syns: 3/15
weekly syns: 3/105

not sure and have basically nothing in the house :(

so annoyed at myself but going to write it down and be honest :(

So have been AWOL the last few days been so busy but have lost 2.5 pounds :).
