time to knuckle down.....

Not updated for a few days now... but weighed this morning and I've lost 0.5kg (1.1lb), which i'm really pleased with considering the week i've had with messing up my syns!!!

Today has been good so far:

coconut yoghurt - temptations activia - 2.5 syns

drinks: water/coffee/tea (using milk from Hex A allowance)

Tonight's tea will be sausages - tesco light choices 1 syn each. I know I perhaps should've had some superfree with breakfast & lunch, but was running late this morning after late night last night and an unsettled daughter, so nothing was prepared. I got some salad stuff at lunch time, so aiming to be more prepared for tomorrow and rest of week.

Day 2 of Week 3 getting off to a good start. Tuesdays I have to leave for work earlier than normal to drop my daughter off at nursery so:-

Got a lovely salad for lunch with cooked chicken, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, spring onion, beetroot, pickled onions, peppers and fat free dressing.

An i've got some strawberries, grapes and cherries to snack on during work and a coconut yoghurt too (2.5 syns)

Tonight's tea will be beef stir fry.

OH offered to make tea last night so we had Tesco light sausages, SW chips and beans. Sausages were 1 syn each and I had 3. It was yummy and even nicer that he made it, even though it's a basic meal and doesn't require a lot of "cooking"! Ha ha! He doesn't do much cooking, but I think he can do more than he thinks, when he puts his mind to it... LOL!

Hoping after yesterday, this is a start of a good week.

well, here I am again.

40 weeks to my son's wedding and i need to lose the 3 stone that i have regained!

We have a beautliful new grandaughter - well done rattymum!

We had a lovely cruise holiday last October but, oh my, the food does not fit well with syn counting.

I will start diary again from tomorrow as i have my first weigh in, having already been back on the wagon for the past week.

surprised that i'd lost 1.5kg as I had not really been 'in the groove' so to speak. But I will take whatever the scales throw at me.

Aldi baked ham trimmings are excellent for making the savoury muffins or the savoury loaf (eesp 0 syns) that I have just taken out of the oven.

Working midnight to 4am so i will need something to nibble on. Going to make the chicken curry that is on the SW website tomorrow.
