Time to start again...

So after getting married a month ago i've been a complete pig and eaten everything in sight.. i feel horrible, bloated and FAT!
Time to get in shape and maybe get to my target of 9st 7lb.. i never got to it for my wedding but i was happy with how i looked.. now i want to get healthy as we're trying for a baby!
fingers crossed i can do it with no pressure!
 
Breakfast - Weetabix & Milk HE A/B
Lunch - Curry savoury rice, beans & salad
Tea - Chilli, Jacket potato & Salad
Supper - 1 x Brown Toast & Butter or Jam = 6syns
Snacks - Apple, Banana, Satsuma & Muller Light Yogurt
 
Your diary looks good. Are the chilli and curry both syn free? Don't forget to drink loads of water.

Tea - Tesco Simply Cook Chicken wrapped in bacon with cheese, S/W chips & Salad, 1 slice wholemeal bread = 6syns
Snacks - Apple, Banana, Satsuma & Muller Light Yogurt, strawberries & melon

Lunch - Chicken savoury rice, beans, potato & roast veg
Tea - Quorn burger, Jacket potato & Salad = 2.5syns
Snacks - Apple, Banana, Satsuma & Muller Light Yogurt, Cups of Tea - HE A
