ProPoints Timidly starting a diary Please can people help!

So at the start of my lovely long 10 hour shift and my milk leaked! So I had o borrow someone's semi skimmed which I hate. Too creamy!

Not a great way to start but I am soooooo looking forward to my egg Mayo And roasted veg sarnie mmmmmmm can't wait. Think I may go to a room alone to eat it as it pen and inks!!!!

Also looking into getting a pug dog as we lost our beloved cat of 19 years, two weeks ago and the house seems so empty. So thinking and hoping that will get me off my fat arse and get walking. Never owned a dog although hubs has and quite excited. X

Ive jus started too and its brill. I set urself daily points t&en ur allowed 49 points during the week to use when ever. U can save any one the weel is over u start again. If u got a fone that. accepts apps download thw ww diary its so easy to use x

Fab idea getting a dog - i have two! - bring hours of fun and great exercise walking them! Pugs are beautiful! r u thinking of buying a puppy? x

Yea i have never had a dog always cats (am 30 years old).

I want a small dog as I have a 16 month old and we plan to get pregnant by the end of the year and I dont want to have to be lugging two small children out early in the morning for a walk. Hubs wants a lab but with a small dog like a pug..... we could let it run in the garden till the kids are up and ready for the walk.
Also its space in the car when we go away and to the shops etc.
hes not being realistic whereas i am.

Well i didnt write on here yesterdays as i couldnt get to the comp but wrote it down on paper.

So please with myself that i stuck to it even tho i had a take out. Its a buffet indian i normally go to and i normally have 2 lots of bhajees, sheek kebabs, poppadoms, desert etc but i stuck to the guestimated points in the book and am rahter chuffed with one self.

today is one of the special days for me as its 2 years today since i found out i was pregnant with my gorgeous son! Never knew how amazing he would be and am still bowled over by how much i love him!!!!

It's so nice to have a goal to motivate yourself. I just noticed that you put 12 pp for 120g of pasta. My list says 4 pp for 150g. How did you calculate yours? was just wondering if my list is wrong.

In the book it says 40g dried is 4pp? Which is what I did it from. So did it from that.
Pasta is rather expensive in pp world as I think they want us to eat less carbs more protein? Could be wrong. X

Your diary looks really good. I'm loving the pro points. I'm never hungry but I have a sweet tooth, which is bad for me. I'm trying to keep within my points but I seem to be using my weeklies all the time.

yea i am gonna eat my weeklies all the time i think, they obviously give you them to use so why not?

Also when i was on sw i used to find the more i ate the more i lost.

So i am off to my godparents for a bbq today so i have no idea what i will be eating food wise. I just have to hope i make some good desisions.
