I am pleased with my weight loss for the first week. I did have a treat last night though as I couldn't deprive myself of food any longer and the way I feel is that the more I stop myself the more likely I am to
Binge for days on crap food. I've started the diet again today with no problems and am feeling good. My goal weight is over 2st away but I know I can do it!!!! So here below is my weekly weigh ins.

Starting weight: 13st 8.5lbs
Goal weight: 10st 7lbs

Week 1: 12st 13.5lbs (-9lbs)
