Tinned Fish Syns

I've just been to Asda to buy some fish...I'm having problems logging on to SE...and would like to know the syn values for the following:

Asda's Tinned Mackerel Fillets in Tomato Sauce:

Per 100g:

Calories: 177
Protein: 12.6
Carbs: 3.3
Fat: 12.5
Net Weight: 125

John West Sardines in Spicy Tomato Sauce

and

Asda Sardines in Tomato Sauce:

Per 100g:

Calories: 187
Protein: 18
Carbs: 1.8
Fat: 12
Net Weight: 120

Much appreciated if someone could help it'll be on EE. Hope they aren't too high in syns!

The ones in tomato sauce are free on red/EE. I have them on toast for breakfast a lot
