Tinned food syn values

I have been reading threads in here about tinned foods being free. Is it just asda chickpea Dahl and veg chili that is syn free or does this apply to tesco ones too? Also is tesco reduced fat chicken in white sauce syn free?

Any other tesco tinned products that are free? Or asda ones? Or aldi ones?

Syns can vary a lot between supermarkets - asda chickpea dahl is free but sainsburys is about 10 syns.
