Just a quick question in syn book it says for example pineapple in own juice 100g 3.5syns if u don't have thejuice and just take fruit out is syn value less?

It makes sense, but you'd need to measure the juice & work out the syn value for it. Sometimes its just too much hard work:)

Which one?

I don't think it will make much difference as the fruit has been partly cooked in the can (syn value probably takes that into account plus the natural fruit juice/syrup). You could take away half a syn for the natural juice and 1 syn for syrup, but I don't think it's worth doing. Just enjoy it as a half way through the week treat ;)
