Tinned Grapefruit - is it Free?

I've always thought that all tinned fruit had a syn value but a friend has told me that tinned grapefruit in juice is free!

Is this true? Are there any other tinned fruits that are free or very low syns?

Fresh and frozen fruit, if I'm correct, is free. Tinned has a syn value

and watch out for fruit in pots/jelly - they are prepared/processed and can have syns in them too!!!

Fresh fruit in a pot - such as a Melon Medley is free, but fruit in a pot in jelly - probably NOT free!!! xxx
