I love them par-boiled and then cut up and put in the oven as chips!

I put them in the oven sprayed in fry light and sprkinled in paprika for 20 mins, lovely!

If you slice them you can put them with onion in fry light then top with egg to make a quick Spanish tortilla! yum yum xx
