Green Day tinned spinach

Opened one too many tins today and was wondering what I could use it for. Have already made a quark and spinach lasagne (same as canneloni recipe). Any ideas? Thanks

How about a slimming world quiche with spinach in it, you will need to drain all water from it first though and perhaps pat dry.

Just found a recipe for a flan, which I guess is the same. Spinach, pepper and onion flan here we come!

For the record, that quiche/flan was amazing!!!!! The book says I can freeze it, so I have - but of course some of it fell off and I had to try it
