Tinned veggie food

On the hunt for low syn quick tinned veggie food and need some help.

Sainsburys vegetable ravioli
Sainsburys vegetarian spag bol
Sainsburys Taste of India vegetable curry (mild)

I picked these up hoping I'm going to be able to eat them without blowing my syns! Anyone know their values?

Thanks for those. The curry was a mild one, does that make a difference? 11 syns is soooo high. Won't be getting that again....especially when it was flippin' hot. Mild my a**e

Is there an ASDA near you, and do you like Chick Peas? If so, go for their Chick Pea Dahl in a tin...it's yummy, not at all spicy and best of all, it's FREE!

I'm going there tonight to hunt that one down - thanks! Bit miffed the veg ravioli and spag bol aren't syn free any more like they used to be so need to find a syn free replacement. Sometimes there just aren't syns left for tea are there!?

I like to take them to work (even though people mock me for eating tinned food!) and have for lunch. I prefer them to be syn free as the evening is when I like to use my syns
