Hello everyone! I have had a diary on this site before when I managed to lose 10lbs, however i started struggling and switched to WW as I had lost alot of weight on WW before. I lost a further stone which took me down to my target weight of 10 stone in time for my wedding in October
. Now after a fantastic all inclusive honeymoon in the Maldives (absolute paradise!) and Christmas I find myself 10lbs heavier
and before it becomes a stone I need to get back down to target (although I would love to be 9 stone something!). I don't go to a club and will be doing this from memory and using some old books (plus this fantastic site!) so if anyone sees anything wrong in my diary (other than the obvious 'off' days which are bound to happen
) please let me know, any comments or advice are welcome. Wish me luck
