Wow well what can I say I'm so surprised - I've lost 2lbs this week! :D Can't quite believe it, even got off the scales and got on them again and it still showed the same!! Really pleased with myself, thought I'd blown it earlier in the week but obviously cutting my syns down a bit the last few days has made up for it! Going to try and drink 2-3 cups of Green Tea a day too as I have been having 1 or 2 cups a day this week so maybe that has helped?

Friday 26th February 2010 - EE

HEA - 250ml ss milk
HEB - 4 ryvita sesame
Syns - 15

Breakfast 7:40am:
35g Pudding rice with ss milk & Vanilla Mullerlight

Snack 11am:
Alpen Light (3)

Lunch 1pm:
4 x ryvita sesame (HEB), LC cottage cheese
4 x Mikado (2)

Dinner 5:30pm:
2 x potato waffles (5)
2 x fish fingers (5)
Baked beans, 'Fried' egg

Saturday 27th February 2010 - EE - Flexi Syn Day! No idea of syns today but will try to stick to 10-12 syns a day this week to make up for today a little bit.

HEA - 250ml ss milk
HEB - Oatsosimple
Syns - Flexi Day today

Breakfast 10:00am
Oatsosimple Original (HEB) with ss milk (HEA)

Lunch 2pm:
Curly Fries and Hoisin Duck Wrap with side salad

1/3 portion S&S chicken hong kong style
1/3 portion chicken chow mein
1/3 portion beef in satay sauce
1/3 portion chips
4 tbsp soya sauce gravy

Sunday 28th February 2010 - EE - rubbish day cleaning the house so boring!! Extra activity though I suppose!

Gammon, SW roast potatoes, Baked beans
Superfree - Mushrooms, 'Fried' egg
Dessert:
Orange and choc Mullerlight

Snack 8:30pm:
Malteaster Bunny (8) - these are soooo gorgeous!

Planning ahead - Monday 1st March 2010 - EE - trying to stick to 10-12 syns a day this week, plus going to try and drink 2-3 cups of green tea per day. Hopefully can make up for bad 'flexi syn' day on Sat, and am hoping to lose 1lb this week.

Wednesday 3rd March 2010 - EE - so far have stuck to having 3 cups of Green Tea a day, see if it makes any difference!! Hope so coz I'm not that keen on it, am hoping the taste will grow on me the more I drink it!

Wow how time flies at the moment! I can't believe it's been a week since I updated my diary! I managed to stick to plan the rest of last week but sts. Went off the rails a bit at the weekend, Saturday not too bad more a case of not enough time to eat haha! Sunday went to see the X Factor Live which was great fun but was driving for 6 hours so just ate whatever whenever definitely not on plan!! So back to it today.....have decided I'm going back to Green Days maybe with the occasional Red. As a 'salad dodger' I find it difficult to get the 1/3 superfree for lunch at work on EE.

Monday 15th March 2010 - Green

HEA 1 - 125ml ss milk, 14g cheddar

Pasta twists with 5 LC Light triangles melted on (HEA)

Dinner:
SW quiche made with 3 eggs, cottage cheese, Quorn bacon bits, broccoli and chives topped with 42g cheddar (1/2 HEA) - made 3 servings, sliced and sauteed new potatoes and red onion, 1/3 tin baked beans

Dessert:
1/2 sachet options Choc n Orange (1) mixed into vlf fromage frais, topped with 1/2 treatsize pack milky way stars (2)

Supper:
