Hi everyone! I had a diary on here a year ago and I think I managed to lose around 10lbs but then I was really struggling to lose anymore so I switched over to WW as I knew that worked for me. I lost a stone on WW and then got married and went on honeymoon to the fabulous Maldives :candledinner:! Somehow I only put 2lbs back on over that time which is great. I don't have a huge amount I want to lose but I definitely don't want to put any on so am going to follow SW as for me it seems it is a healthier plan than WW. All in all I only want to lose another half a stone so I can be comfortable in a size 12 (I wear 12 tops now but struggle to always get in a size 12 bottom!) so thought I would start a diary back up on here as I may have forgotten some SW 'rules' and thought you nice people might help to keep me on track!! I'm going to aim to lose 4lbs before Christmas (that will take me down the next stone bracket yay!). So here goes......
