Hiya, had to share my great news with u all this morning!, ive finally reached my goal of 10 stones,my starting weight was 14 stones now im a size 10 and i just want to shout it off the roof tops!!!,believe me its not been an easy ride,its hard enough sticking to this diet and being able to afford it! but i also broke up with my boyfriend of seven years along the way:cry: oh boy!! did i want to stuff my face during them times but i perservered,it really helps when your doing this journey with others,my sister is also doing the cd,and u guys thanks for all your inspiring words of wisdom!! couldnt have done it without this forum!!,keep up the great work lol janet xx. p.s just had to share with u what my five year old daughter said to me this morning, she said mummy u dont have a big tummy any more u need to get another baby in it!!, i wasnt pregnant just overweight. xx
