Tiphareth's Valentine Challenge Diary

As I have just challenged myself to lose 11lbs over the next 7 weeks and I haven't done too well over the last couple of weeks (lost 0.5lbs followed by gain 0.5lbs) followed by Christmas :break_diet: I thought I'd better start a diary for myself to keep an eye on what I'm actually eating and so that anyone out there who is interested can kick my ass when I stray.

My first official wi after the recent excesses is Thursday.

Today is Extra Easy

Breakfast

Having my favourite - poached eggs, 2 Dairy Lea Light Triangles (Hexa), 2 slices of wholemeal bread (Hexb), 2 slices lean ham and a banana.

Lunch

Fruit salad and fat free yoghurt.

Dinner
Saucy Steak, SW Chips, Sweetcorn, mange tout, salad leaves, 2.5syns

100ml milk (Hexa)
Chocolate 2.5 syns

Total Syns - 5

Another Extra Easy day for me.

Breakfast
2 poached eggs, 2 Dairy Lea Light Triangles (Hexa), 2 slices of wholemeal bread (Hexb), 2 slices lean ham and a banana.

Lunch

Fruit salad and fat free yoghurt.

Dinner
Falafel and Herby Cous Cous 0.5 syns

Chocolate 3 syns

100ml milk

I feel back in control of what I'm eating again, and have my focus back.

I have also realised how bad I feel not eating like this has made me feel.

Managed to pull back the damage done on Christmas Day and lost 3 lbs.

Extra Easy

Breakfast
2 poached eggs, 2 dairy lea triangles (hexa), 2 slices toast (hexb), 2 slices ham

Lunch
Pasta salad (Pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, onion, pepper, fat free dressing) 0.5syns

Dinner
Chicken kiev 3 dairy lea triangles (hexa), SW Chips, salad, white wine spitzer 2.5syns
