Tips for shifting those last few lbs!

I now have just 7lbs to lose to reach target and I'm seriosuly stalling! I've never managed to get below 10st 1lb on SW and it only happened last time thanks to a gruelling gym routine! I'm currently at 10st 3lbs and need to reach 9st 10lbs. I've managed to have big losses of 5lbs on some weeks so I know it can be done.

I was wondering if anyone near (or at) target has any tips for shifting those last few lbs? Perhaps Success Express and SS Soup?

For the week ahead, I have a night at the OH's family's on Friday and then a birthday party on Saturday. I desperately want to get under the 10st by next Thursday's WI but just sticking to plan doesn't seem to work anymore! I think I need something drastic as I only have 7 weeks to my target date and losing 1lb a week is a bit close for comfort!
