Tired all the time

    Hello,

    I have been SS since March and the last month I feel tired all of the time.

    Has anyone experienced this and if so does it pass or is it time to introduce food?

    Any advice gratefully received

    You can have a week of add a meal every 5th week. You add a small healthy meal consisting of 400 calories or less. If you look at your booklet for ss+ those are the foods you should choose from. That will trick your body into speeding up your metabolism again then the following week when you go back to SS your losses and energy should skyrocket.

    I was the same when i done ss,but when i added a meal i felt better,good luck

    Isn't add a meal the 810 plan? I thought you had to take over 800 calories ever 13 weeks (NICE guidelines)?
