You can have a week of add a meal every 5th week. You add a small healthy meal consisting of 400 calories or less. If you look at your booklet for ss+ those are the foods you should choose from. That will trick your body into speeding up your metabolism again then the following week when you go back to SS your losses and energy should skyrocket.

Isn't add a meal the 810 plan? I thought you had to take over 800 calories ever 13 weeks (NICE guidelines)?
